We are a manufacturer & trading combo specializing in bike racks for over 25 years. All our products are produced in our own factory, and we hold ISO and SGS certifications for quality assurance.

How long is your product warranty?

We offer a 12-month warranty on the main structure and core components (e.g., gas assist,fixings) of bicycle parking racks from the date of customer acceptance. For bulk orders, we provide a certain percentage of free-of-charge (FOC) spare parts (such as bolts, connectors) to facilitate quick local maintenance and reduce your after-sales costs.

Do you conduct product inspections before shipment?

Yes, we perform 100% full inspection on all products before shipment to ensure quality.

What certifications do you hold?

We are certified with ISO9001:2015 and BSCI, and also have SGS and REACH test reports. Relevant certificates can be provided upon request.

Have you supplied to customers in my country/region?

We export to many countries and regions around the world.

Due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), we cannot disclose specific customer information.

If we have no direct customers in your region, we look forward to establishing a long-term win-win partnership with you.

Do you sell to the US / France / Spain?

We have long-term customers in the US and France.

Orders & Pricing

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product model. As a general rule: the larger the order quantity, the more competitive the unit price.

How are your prices calculated? How long is the price valid?

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs. Quotations are valid for 2 weeks from the date issued. For an accurate quote, please provide:

• Logo/packaging customization requirements
• Shipping destination

Can I get a per-unit price list?

Since prices change frequently, we do not offer a fixed general price list. Please tell us your target models or required specifications, and we will provide a customized, detailed quotation.

Your price is higher than other suppliers. Why?

Price should be compared based on full specifications, materials, workmanship, and after-sales service, not just appearance. We offer:

Samples

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we offer sample service.

How much is the sample fee?

Sample price is twice the bulk order unit price. The sample price difference will be fully refunded when you place a formal bulk order.

Why is the sample fee so high?

Samples are produced individually, resulting in higher raw material waste and labor costs. The extra cost will be offset in your formal order.

Can I get a free sample?

For low-value items, we can offer free samples; you only need to bear the shipping cost (provide your courier account for freight collect).

How long does it take to produce a sample?

Sample lead time: 7–14 working days.

Production & Lead Time

What is the standard production lead time for bulk orders?

Bulk production lead time: 30–45 working days after receiving your deposit.

How long will it take to ship to my address?

International shipping time depends on order quantity and destination port/address. Please provide your detailed shipping address for an accurate delivery timeline and the most cost-effective shipping plan.

Do you have ready stock or existing designs similar to the attached pictures?

We have some sample models in stock. Please specify which design you are interested in, and we will send photos/videos for confirmation.

Customization

Can products be customized?

Yes. We fully support OEM & ODM customization, including:

Can I customize the logo?

Yes, we support private label / logo customization on products.

Can I use custom packaging?

Yes. Most of our customers use custom-designed packaging. We support:

• White neutral boxes
• Color printed boxes (please provide design files)

What packaging do you normally use?

Standard packaging includes cartons, iron frames, or wooden cases. We can also customize packaging according to your requirements.

Can you produce exactly the customized product we described?

Yes. As a professional manufacturer, we fully understand and can realize your customized requirements. We will send production videos for confirmation during the process.

Materials & Surface Treatment

What is the difference between cold galvanized and hot-dip galvanized?

Hot-dip galvanized: thicker coating, stronger rust resistance, longer outdoor service life, higher cost.

Cold galvanized: thinner coating, better surface finish, more economical, suitable for moderately corrosive environments.

What is the most cost-effective outdoor material that does not rust easily?

Carbon steel is the most economical and practical choice for outdoor use. It can be treated with:

Payment & Shipping

What are your payment terms?

T/T transfer: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).

For orders under 5,000 USD, 100% payment in advance is required.

Do you accept Trade Assurance?

Yes, we support Trade Assurance to protect your order rights and interests.

Do you support dropshipping?

Yes. We provide dropshipping service with no supplier information, price lists, or marketing materials included in the package.

Do you have local distributors or shops in XXX country?

We currently have no local distributors or shops. Samples and orders can be shipped directly from China.

Can we arrange third-party quality inspection at your factory?

Yes, we fully accept third-party quality inspection before shipment.

Cooperation & Agreements

Can we sign an exclusive distribution agreement?

Yes. Please send your draft exclusive agreement for discussion. We also welcome a brief introduction of your local business so we can better align our cooperation.

Are you the supplier for the product in the eBay link?

We may be. We cooperate with many customers who sell our products on eBay and other cross-border platforms.

We have no prior import experience. Can we order from you?

Yes, we support international buyers with no import experience and can assist with basic shipping and documentation guidance.

Yes. We can provide product pictures, material details, installation videos, and production videos upon request.

What bike capacity do your racks support?

Capacity varies by model. We have single-sided, double-sided, and grid-style racks for 1 to 10+ bikes. For a 5-bike outdoor rack, we have mature standard models for your selection.

We need an outdoor 5-bike parking rack. Can you recommend models?

Yes, we have multiple standard outdoor models designed for 5 bikes. We will send you specifications, pictures, and prices for your reference.

Are your bike racks suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. All our standard bike racks are designed for long-term outdoor use with anti-rust surface treatment, weather resistance, and high structural strength.

What materials are your bike racks made of?

Our main materials are carbon steel and stainless steel. We also offer aluminum options for lightweight and high-corrosion-resistance requirements.

What surface treatments do you offer?

We provide hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing, and powder coating in various colors. All ensure good anti-rust performance outdoors.

Can your bike racks be fixed to the ground?

Yes. All our bike racks come with pre-drilled holes and can be anchored to concrete or pavement with expansion bolts.

Do you provide installation instructions or support?

Yes. We offer detailed installation drawings, manuals, and free online technical support for installation guidance.

What bike types are compatible with your racks?

Our racks fit most standard bikes, including mountain bikes, road bikes, city bikes, folding bikes, and e-bikes.

Can I get a catalog or product list?

Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM services, including custom design, size, logo, color, and packaging.

What is the loading capacity of your bike racks?

Our standard single-side rack can hold up to 15–25 kg per bike position. Heavy-duty models are also available for e-bikes.

Can I mix different models in one order?

Yes, mixed orders are acceptable. Please list the models and quantities you need, and we will quote accordingly.

Do you provide after-sales service?

Yes. We offer a 10-year warranty and timely after-sales support for quality issues, parts replacement, and technical problems.

Can I order EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDU?

Yes. We accept EXW, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, CFR, and DDU terms according to your needs.

What is the difference between powder coating and galvanized finish?

• Powder coating: more color options, better appearance, suitable for urban and park scenes.
