How to use two tier bike rack?

• Hold the handle of the upper parking frame, pull the wheel groove out and press it down to 45°.
• After parking the bike in the wheel slot, lift the parking rack to the horizontal position.
• Hold the handle and push the frame inside to the end to complete the mount access bike action.
• Off the shelf for stationary parking.
