Sample Lead Time & Cost: Samples will be shipped within 7-14 working days upon receipt of payment. The sample unit price is twice the bulk order unit price; the price difference can be refunded if the subsequent bulk order reaches the quantity agreed by both parties.

Bulk Production Lead Time: Generally 30-45 working days upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all order details (including specifications, materials, and customization requirements). For large-volume orders or special customized products, the lead time will be negotiated in writing and confirmed by both parties.

Flexible Shipping Terms: We support various international shipping terms including FOB, CIF, and EXW. Our factory is strategically located in Suzhou, near Shanghai port, optimizing transit time and reducing inland logistics costs.

Shipping Cost: Sample shipping cost is borne by the customer, with the specific amount calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume, and confirmed with you in advance. Bulk shipping cost is calculated according to the order quantity, total weight/volume, and destination, and the bearer is clearly specified in the cooperation contract.
