Common techniques for rib processing

 

1. Cut the steel bar

Bend

Four, semi-finished stitching

 

At present, our main use, full welding and spot welding.

1, full welding: also known as "full welding", that is, all the contact places of the two workpieces ready to be welded together are fused welding.

2, spot welding: the welding part is welded on the individual points of the contact surface of the joint, and the spot welding requires the metal to have good plasticity. For a simple example, for example, to present two metal plates at right angles, you only need to weld 2 to 3 points to get it done, that is, to separate a distance and weld it, which is spot welding.

Classification: Spot welding is usually divided into two categories: double-sided spot welding and single-sided spot welding. In double-sided spot welding, electrodes are fed from both sides of the workpiece to the weld. The typical double-sided spot welding method is the most commonly used way, when both sides of the workpiece have electrode indentation.
